This heroine is annoying. The representation is not done well so far. The off and on switch to her mental illness is not so sudden in real life. I have also never met/worked with someone who struggles with this mental illness who cries so much as a result.
It feels like she made this character cry non-stop in book one out of fear, and decided to try to make a representation story and hope this character would work.
