I’m in a slump cuz my mocks are soon so I literally only get to read this on the train. I did want to add tho that I find Rooney’s writing really unique. Usually with other books I feel like I’m actually reading a book but with her books it literally feels as though I’ve been welcomed by a cloud of comfort that pauses time. It’s probably odd but I find her writing very light and placid.
