Slow progress. Been preoccupied by more comics and Minecraft. I think I mentioned I had forgotten the book is broken in half instead of jumping back and forth between A story and B story. The Rohan chapters were more exciting to me so the Sam and Frodo chapters are a little tedious to get through without something to break up the monotony.

Man. I've watched the movies so many times I totally forgot that Treebeard wasn't a dick. He was actually a pretty nice dude and never accused Mary and Pip of being Orcs. I also got through my favorite moment: the return of Gandalf.
