While I am finding the subject matter interesting, and the writing style easy to read... I am being distracted by the frequent typos in this edition. I don't know if this is unique to the Kindle edition, but there are numerous errors in verb tense, spelling, and grammar. If these are the author's mistakes, then the proofreader/editor really did a terrible job.
