Finished the book.. Cheyenne finally called the cops and they came and found her and took her to safety. after 2 weeks she got a call from home and it was griffen. he was alive and well and living with his aunt. his dad is In jail with a lot of cases and Tj is also in jail. griffen isn't supposed to call Cheyenne but they still wanted to talk and see each other. so it ended on a good note and it was very cute.

chapter 31 pg 204. cheyeen thought she found a cop but really it was oy he had tricked her. Cheyenne found a gun in his car she shot him and he got out of the car and now she is trying to drive away in the call as she's calling 911.

chapter 29 [g 190. griffin found out from tj and Jimbo that his mom had died and that griffins father was the one that killed him . and then Jimbo and tj were arguing and tj got mad and shot Jimbo and now Jimbo s dead and griffin and tj were looking through the bag of money and it was all bloody. then tj left griffin and now griffen is alone in the cold. now Cheyenne is hiding

chapter 28 pg 185, Cheyenne and griff were still on the ground trying to help each other get up but then griff could get up and he had told Cheyenne to just leave him behind because he was too hurt. she ended up leaving and then later tj and jim found griff on the ground and started to talking and think they kinda figured out that griffin was helping Cheyenne escape. then tj need up telling griff that his mom is dead

chapter 27 pg 178. griffin found cheynne in the middle of the woods and he wasn't there to kill her but instead, he was there to help her. he said the whole time he was planning on helping Cheyenne escape and find help. they are now walking in the woods trying to find help until griffin stepped into an animal hole and broke his ankle. now he's in a lot of pain

chapter 25 pg 166. Cheyenne had left the house. she found duke which was griffins dog. he had barked at her and she got scared at first but then walked up to him and talked to him. she figured out that duke was a nice dog but had been abused a lot. she used her belt and took him and used him as a guide dog. they both escaped and are walking through the woods trying to get out.

chapter 24 pg 161, Cheyenne hit griffin with a wrench once and he woke up yelling and without thinking she hit him again but harder. he started bleeding and he wasn't moving. she thinks she killed him. at thAt point it was 2;12 in the morning and Roy and tj weren't home they were still getting the bag. now she is on her way outside and is trying to escape.

chapter 24 pg 157. Cheyenne was thinking in her headband had said that Roy,tj,Jim are all going through with the plan right now. they were going to contact cheynee dad and tell him to drop of the money and stuff. and then Cheyenne came back from thinking and woke up from Griffin bed. she got up and tried to escape. she made it too the living room and got a wrench and then when to griffin and tried to kill him.

end of chapter 22. Cheyenne was sitting in griffins bed while griffin was making food for her and then tj which is roys friend came into griffins room and started touching cheynne and she started to freak out then griffin came running in and then tj and griffin started getting into a fight and then finally tj left and it was just griffin and Cheyenne and then got into another deep convo abt griffins mom and his burns

they were also talking about Cheyennes guide dog and she was telling griffin what it was like to have one and what the difference between a cane and a dog is and then she started getting really sad about missing her dog and her family.
