Kinda slow, and rote. Some redundancy that I'm surprised made it past the editing process. Interesting enough to keep me reading, but I'm glad it's a short, relatively-fast read. Kind of a poor man's 'Speaker of the Dead' mixed with hints of 'Confederacy of Dunces'...
