I'm not too sure about this book. Already some heavy listed plot twist and I don't see them being finished or explained

Still confused on who and what certain things are in this book... The author kind of just throws them at you and expects you to know what they are without details or info

Sort of confusing with the weird names and city names all floating around at the same time
