The introduction was helpful and interesting. It explains the relationship between Christianity and Stoicism during the time of Marcus Aurelius. He also informs us that the title of the book was mistranslated as Meditations when it should have been "To Himself". It was not meant to be published.

Again, another great book I feel I need my own copy. It's small, fints it my hand. Ready to be marked with so many good passages. Starting Chapter "book" Three. It's about aging.
