I'm realizing that while I am totally and utterly intrigued by this premise, I really do not care for the narrator. What can I say - he's clearly a Redditor. From filling out fake reviews for the bookstore on Yelp (ugh), to his reaction to an attractive woman who enters the bookstore, he irks me. I get the feeling he's supposed to be sort of unlikeable - so we'll see where it goes!
