This isn't the genre I usually reach for, but my tastes are eclectic and I enjoy anything well-written and attention grabbing. Immediately, I know this book is both of these things. Initial thoughts: I would very much like to be friends with Ignatius and not just because her dog seems very rad, but that is also a contributing factor. Loved the opening introductions of the characters and the town.
