I found the first 70 pages to be very challenging…a reading of philosophical treatises and vocabulary requiring investigation. As an introduction to primary characters, I almost wrote them off as boring egocentric snobs, convinced of their literary and cognitive superiority. No story. However, at page 79…a change began and, happily seems to have grown into an actual story that could be interesting…
