Great so far. Both characters are very likable. Really curious as to why Jay has taken an interest into Matilda. Was she the little girl, the neighbor back when his family was alive? Does he really want Matilda's father to sue for him because he really does think he is good or is there another motive? I'm really excited to find out. And I'm dying to know how Jay does his tricks. Are they actually possible in RL?
