That wasn't a healthy way for me to deal. Shutting down like that wasn't good for me. You can't be sad forever, you know? At some point you have to move on. It doesn't have to be hard though. You just do it, and don't let your feelings get in the way. If I sat there and cried over every single bad thing that's happened to me, I'd never get out of bed. It'll get better. You've just got to make it through this part.
