Pretty good book!
There are some really interesting points in this book. I found two things stood out too me:
1. You are you’re most important leadership assignment. You are also your most difficult one.
2. The more responsibility you have in leading others or an organization, the more intentional you should be in our personal leadership.
A shorter read but worth it. And some chapters are better than others.
