So far really touching. Ibn Qayyim is going in depth about the phenomenon of how when one gets closer to Allah their life seems to get worse but when they succumb to their whims and desires they enjoy life. Common thing that happens to many of us but it’s nothing more than a mere trial from Allah and there’s glad tidings to the believer who’s patient.
