Blegh I hate these types of contrived miscommunications where it seems like our heroine has just completely lost the ability to use her brain …like bro ur a smart girl use ur context clues !! It’s just so unnecessary and takes you out of the story and I feel no empathy for her

Ok tbh this is kinda hittin I love a good time travel PLUS aliens PLUS historical?? Like three of my fave genres in one. And Miss Evangeline Anderson always comes through with the world building and the creativity, even with a predictable or somewhat formulaic plot she definitely still hits u with the curveballs and keeps it interesting

Oops okay I’m actually going to start with this one I didn’t realize I had #17 and #18 on the TBR so it makes more sense to go chronologically what with this multiverse situation being introduced
