Also, the trope "jealous woman ruins beautiful gays lives" is getting old and I REFUSE to hate Marion for it. Tom turned her into that. What she did was terrible and I'm not justifying it. But she does feel bad for it and regrets it dearly. Allow people to grow from their mistakes.

Marion made mistakes. Patrick made mistakes. But the worst of them all is Tom. He did not deserve Marion. He could have left and let her be happy. Let her find someone else worthy of her love. But no. He chose to make her miserable, paranoid. She's not perfect, of course. But she deserved a chance to be happy. If only Tom wasn't so selfish and a coward.
