At this point I'm gonna mark this as DNF. I hadn't before cause I find it silly to DNF a book when you're past 75% but it's been months since I've read this and I remember being annoyed at the continued description of the h looking like a girl of 14/15 even though she was close to 20. I kept finding that weird. If I somehow do get over it (highly doubtful) I'll pick it up again and finish the last 80 pages or so.

I'm 80% in, but this book has slowed it's pace so much. The beginning was so exciting and it seemed like something was happening on every page. Now, I'm just waiting for the end and having a very hard time getting there.

I was not expecting an adventure story. I seriously thought I was getting into a historical romance and so far there are elements of romance, but this has more murder, spies, escape, and adventure than romance. It's amazing I stayed up till 1am reading woke up at 5:30am just to continue reading and had to force myself to stop so that I could get ready for work.
