A couple months ago, I read Plato's Symposium for the Kosmos Society Book Club, and I I enjoyed the banter and fun between them way more than the actual philosophical discussion on love, which I have to admit had me lost quite a bit, and I thought parts of it were tedious. This month, at the Kosmos Society Book Club, we read Xenophon's Symposium and thus far, I love it so much more!

This month, we read Xenophon's Symposium, and thus far despite that the translation feels a little rough to me, I love it so much more than Plato's!
