Dawn Montgomery is the new delegate of Denver. Tagan is her best friend, the only friend that she have (so far as the book said). Dawn's parents had died for a long time now, along with her older brother. She had been training to be the new delegate 2 weeks after her parents and brother's death. She have to face Lord Valentine so that he can defines if Dawn is worthy of the spot.
