Allie is in the run with two daughters due to custody ruling. How does she get an apartment, a house cleaning job, and a home health care worker with a false name? Is she bonded under a false name? It doesn't appear that she provided a SS number. She's got no health insurance protecting her girls and let's then play outside, unattended. When her neighbor warns her, she bristles. Her thorny behavior won't deter him.
