Very helpful for recipes and making no-knead bread. He uses a singular recipe throughout the book that I have committed to memory and have worked on the procedure he describes for making the bread.

Lots of biographical stuff at the beginning and assorted recipes at the end which I have browsed.

I found the book helpful in my quest for making bread.
