Reads like a bad D&D campaign. Even the MC states she learned her magic by using D&D spells as a focus. Plot points are not developed, they are dropped as comments to the reader. The MC and other characters all seem mid-twenties, but the MC later mentions in a comment she's near 50, even though she acts 15.
