Curious of your thoughts. This has been recommended to me but I haven't put in the effort yet.

I’ve become a big fan of Sanderson (for his work, contributions to the writing community, and his unique approach to publishing) but I read his other stuff first because it’s easier to get into than this. This is definitely a slow burn. It’s picking up now but definitely needs a trust factor in him to get there. If I had more time to devote to sittings, it would probably be better but at a pace of reading a chapter or two only at a time, it’s taken a long time to get there. If I didn’t already know that his endings are huge avalanches of payoff, I might have stopped.
