Has already helped out tremendously in resolving some conflicts I had with a friend and bringing us closer. This is one I'll be keeping at hand until I've got it memorized!

Alan Garner, author, “The 16% Solution” ’endorsed by “ Rich Dad, Poor Dad” author. How to safely double your passive income. GARNER Jess, Amanda and I are very happy you are reading our book. Be sure to read Chapter 12, which we think is the most important chapter. And we hope you'll leave a comment as that makes it more likely others will read the book too. Alan

J. L. Friday Happy to do that, Alan. I’ve actually been recommending this book on Twitter recently after reading many of the chapters multiple times now.

It’s been a tremendous help to this autistic person navigating some lifelong communication difficulties along with some recent conflicts that could have gone very badly had I not had these tools. I’m ever grateful it was recommended to me by a friend and I’ll definitely be singing its praises again. Such a hidden gem!

Thank you and Amanda so much for writing it.

Alan Garner, author, “The 16% Solution” ’endorsed by “ Rich Dad, Poor Dad” author. How to safely double your passive income. GARNER Jess, you don't know how happy I am to read your letter. I've been feeling sort of useless lately because I have Parkinson's and haven't been able to do as much as I usually do, and to read that I've helped you so much really means a lot to me.

Somehow, by the way, this conversation went from my Conversationally Speaking webpage to another page entirely I have. You see, I live a secret life... actually live in Thailand nowadays. And wrote a book entitled How I Moved to Thailand under the pen name of Scott Curtis, and we are now in the discussion area for that book. It's okay, I'm sure nobody minds. Not sure you'll be able to read what we write on the other website though. So I'll give you my email here and on the webpage of the other book, in case you ever need to write to me or you can't find your way back. Also, my Thailand book is just 99 cents nowadays and I'm trying to make it popular, so if you email me your e-address, I'll send you one. That way you'll know about my real life, if you care to know. I'll say goodbye for now, Alan

Alan, this is sad to hear about your diagnosis. I hope your life is as comfortable as possible in Thailand, and that you take solace knowing what a wonderful legacy your book left in allowing people to connect seamlessly. You should be proud.

I originally recommended it to Jess and we both agree how much it's improved our lives. I will tell anyone who listens to read it!

All the best, Luke.

Alan Garner, author, “The 16% Solution” ’endorsed by “ Rich Dad, Poor Dad” author. How to safely double your passive income. GARNER THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH. If one of you doesn’t have an actual copy of the book, I’ve got extras and can have my sister-in- law send you one. Also if one of you was neglected or abused as a child, you might benefit from Lifeskills for Adult Children, which is even more basic than Conversationally Speaking.
