Yeah, I don't know if it's the book for me. I'll go back to it, but I feel pretty neutral about most of what's going on, sad to say. I realized that I grew up talking about addiction and rehab A LOT, so it has kind of dreary associations for me. Like, "Do we have to talk about this again, Dad? Can't I play with my friends?" kinds of associations. :( But, I'm going to keep going.
I bet. I was thinking how if that was a topic that was interesting to me anyway the book would be totally fascinating. And I do think that it's well done. So far, I mean. I'm not super far into it. It reminds me a little of Kurt Vonnegut and Catch 22. I'll keep you updated.
