I'm not at text and translation yet, having gone through three chapters of the prolegomena, background, content and authorship, probably Julian's friend. I like all the scholarship, though it'd be more useful if I read ancient Greek with ease since a lot is quotations without translation on the assumption the reader can. It's written to aid the pagan revival then against the Christians and taken from Neoplatonism.
