I def judged the book by it’s cover. “Oh look, there is a Buddhism for dudes now”. In many ways I am not the target audience for this book. Putting that aside and reading it I feel like this is a great intro to Buddhism for Americans who think it is some sort of hippie new age bullshit. Relatable, funny, easy to understand. Would recommend to the “dude” in my life.
