This book is a behemoth and it never freaking ends. We are constantly being dragged away from the main story for a side story and while they all do eventually add into the whole picture it is frustrating to me and it feels like the slowest book I have ever read.

I want to read this book. It is well written, it has great detail however it is draining with the constant “side quests” and I wish I had known prior to agreeing to read and review that it is over 1000 pages. That is a huge investment in time and energy.
