This 1st chapter is bringing back so many memories about working in a retirement home/nursing home as a CNA during in high school/college. I can’t count the number of times I got kicked & scratched trying to get a resident to get in the shower chair for their weekly shower. And nothing like getting hit (or swung at) when trying to prevent a confused person from wandering out into the road. Oh my. Good times.
