We've finished the first cycle!

It was 'prescribed' for, among other things, 'feeling isolated or disconnected from the world or other people'. I do feel isolated and disconnected, and this is the way I want it. Still, I've made some (rather unexpected) progress in several important relationships. Good!

The next cycle's 'prescriptions' seem much more relevant to me, and already I've discovered something useful.

The sixth chapter was a bit chaotic, as if it didn't get enough editing — I hope the rest of them aren't like that. The runes names and pictures are mixed up, unfortunately.
Still, the chapters and prompts do give one food for thought and, hopefully, lead to personal growth and all that :)

The author did mean it when she said she is offering 'nuggets that inspire further exploration'! E. g., this prompt: 'How comfortable are you in taking risks?' Not at all; but what would be a healthy attitude? Reading about various definitions of risk, though, did provide some interesting insights. So I guess it's a book one should read with a phone in hand, to be ready to google a lot.

Love the idea of 'self-knowledge and healing through the wheel of the year'.
But as I'm going through the prompts, I keep thinking, 'So what?'. Like, 'How do you feel when everything around you seems dark?' Well, I love darkness, and?.. I'm reading two other books with 'prompts for witches' now and I like that both of them are more explicit. But I still trust that something good will come out of it.
