Okay so I'm going into this with low expectations in terms of diversity and inclusion because it was made in 2010. Also shifter romances are often those with alpha heroes and I think I might be growing out of those in the current climate that were in. I'm not sure but it's a possibility so. I will say that I do like the narration style in the 1 page I've read so far.
