Coming from someone who is basically aromantic (Liz), what a fun attitude, eh? Hell, as far as Liz knows, Isabel could be asexual. Not a naive clueless young woman. But, eh, fuck the idea of asexuals, eh?

Based on seeing this book on DNF-2018 & DNF-2019 shelves, I've apparently tried reading this book at least twice before this current read. Which is confusing - not that I might have read this book before, there are elements I keep "remembering", but that I apparently DNF'd the book twice. It seems quite readable. Hard to put down readable. So...

Quite interesting book and then .... two of the main characters think, at the same time, how awful it is that a third character is so 'sexually repressed' and how unnatural it is for a woman to be asexual (though the asexual word wasn't used). For fuck sake.

Not sure I can continue reading this book.
