I’m re-reading this profoundly insightful book by HH The Dalai Lama because this is the book that changed my life in 2018, opening my heart to Tibetan Buddhism wherein I found answers that make sense, both rationally and spiritually, to my spiritual seeking. And it’s one of those books that you return to and after learning meditation and other study, you glean insights unnoticed during the first reading.
