Am I crazy or what? The novel starts with the section The May after which consists of one chapter in which Munro goes out fishing with the two drunkards. Then starts the section The january before which is about the mother gone missing. After two chapters the story of the fishing trip continues, BUT WE ARE STILL IN THE SECTION The January before!!!

How can such a mistake occur in a novel of an important writer?
