LitHub sends me a list of 15 books to get me through the week. I’m lucky if I can finish one book during the week. Do people read books anymore or just see how many they can finish?

That seems like an unreasonable number, Richard! I'm also lucky if I read one per week now. One of the reasons I set my reading challenge to 1 is so that I can actually enjoy my books and not just keep a tally of them :)

The joy or escape I get from each book is way more important than the number of books I read.
