it's gotten a bit slow. I will admit ive skimmed some passages. mostly wanted to say piper and jason are pretty underwhelming as a couple. they have like, *no* chemistry, if that's possible?? like leo had more of a spark (lol get it) with that snow god than they do with each other. it's all just very flat. also im lowkey annoyed by leo and piper, and jason is kind of bland?? idk hope it improves

it's pretty good so far! they've just left on their quest. I like all of the characters, although I prefer piper's pov the most. Leo can be a bit annoying too, his jokes are .. not very good. Jason is cute. but mostly im just keen to see percy again, which won't be till the next book im pretty sure
