I loved this book. When I worked at the National Hockey Leauge, I had met him and knew that he was the first black man to play in the NHL even though there were many others who could have/should have gone before him. Growing up in New Brunswick, Canada and knew at the age of 5 that he wanted to play for the NHL. Not even losing an eye kept him from that mission .
