Continuing as a mix of useful thoughts and complete woo woo. The stuff on 'crazy makers' seems a bit out of place but I accept that under-achieving artists do often hang around with people like this.

It became instantly clear that I need to read this in bits, and work on the suggestions. So far I've got the basics of Morning Pages –interestingly, in the original book, Cameron doesn't require that these be longhand – which of course I already do. I heard her rather coy explanation that it's not about old-man-with-white-beard-God, but her spirituality is still a bit too concrete for me.
