This book is oozing like frosting on a cupcake with likeable female characters. The Southern charm is refreshing. The themes lovely. However, the transitions are thin at best and almost non-existent at worst. So, where as I loved the characters and ideas behind the story, I had a tough time feeling anything deep throughout the book because it was all so brusquely thrust on me. Still, I'm happy I read it.
