I bought this book in 2016, before the election. It’s entirely possible that it has aged like milk. But 1) I found it during a clearout and just couldn’t dispose of it without reading it; 2) I’m grappling with feminism right now and this is on topic; 3) the short little essays (and one play) lend themselves to reading in the middle of the night, something I’ve been doing a lot of to stay off my phone.
