Lev's problem is that his friend, Connor, Is being unwound. Lev's problem is external because he has no control over whether Connor is going to be unwound or not. Lev reacts to the problem by telling Blaine that they have to go on with their plan.

I think that the Admiral's motivation is from his son because he was unwound. It was the Admiral's fault his son was unwound, but he was also pressured into signing the paper. After it was signed he realized what he did but it was already too late. This is why I think he's decided to help the other unwinds.

I think that Lev's motivation is CyFi. I think this because CyFi helped Lev out and befriended him, so I think that's Lev's motivation to take him to Joplin.
