Page 315: ok I like Victoria and Donny having a kid better than him and Ana, but still; the relationship between Victoria and Donny didn’t seem very good

Page 300: stop. So you’re telling me that the way to get the android to not kill you, is to ask it to not kill you? Really?

Page 296: “”You’re right. I won’t see you again,’ Ana said and pulled the trigger.”
I thought she only had three bullets?

“Everyone is so hungry. And scared. Don’t worry, it’ll be good again soon.”
There’re no transitions between the moods of the dialogue. It comes off as so choppy

Trigger warning for violence and gore

Finally something is happening

“The truth is, I always wanted a son. A son to carry on my legacy. But your Mother disappointed me. You were the only child she could deliver and now I see for the first time what a failure you are. Maybe your friend is ripe enough to bear me a true heir.”
This can’t get anymore obvious

“Hazel chimed in, giggling to herself
before she turned towards Ana. ‘Stop being such an android slut and be the old Ana again.’”
Either these characters are actually really fake, or they’re really flip floppy

‘Though fake was going to be my second choice. Definitely a fake. If I had a knife, I’d cut a slice out of you. It would be just as I expected, you are made of cake. A fake who is really a cake. And I would continue to cut slices out of you until the day you had been fully consumed. Then I would mourn that you were gone as I would no longer have any cake.’
…what?

World building is vague
