@sorcerer yes, it can, but the books in the series must be read in order. There are some characters from previous series since Avril likes to connect them all but if it doesn't bother you that there will be a few characters you won't have an idea who are, it's okay. Also, it's better to read the novalla before picking the first book since you'll get a general idea of who is who there. But it can be also missed if it doesn't sound like something you'll enjoy reading. ❤️ And you can always dm me if you have questions who is who.
