Find ways to get out of your comfort zone and do them repeatedly. Do things you don’t want to do and get good at them. Push yourself to your absolute limits. If you want to run a mile everyday run 2. if you want to do 20 push-ups do 30/40 push yourself betont your limits and do things you don’t feel comfortable doing.

Success is 99% failure. Learn from your failures and use them to grow and become a better person. Go back and list out failures and how you failed, things that did and didn’t go your way and find ways to accomplish them asap! Don’t let anything stop you. Take control of your mind and focus on all the failures and the things you’ve learned from them to motivate you to achieve success!

Always focus on the positive things and turn negative into positive. Never give up, when you get tired, push harder. Put yourself in discomfort and really learn from that. Always strive to be great and a better person. There’s no top level, always strive for more.

No more multitasking, it’s not helping you at all. Do one thing at a time and really focus on that task. Go through your daily schedule and find time to cut out bullshit and insert good, & productive things.

Push yourself past the 40% and train your body and brain to give 110%. If you usually run 5 miles give 10% more. If you do 50 push-ups do 60/70. Push yourself every week to do more and more.

40% Rule. Like every car our mine has a governor to “limit” things but when you hit that point you’ve only really given 40%. You need to push back and callous’s your mind into giving more and more and not giving up

“Take inventory of your cookie jar” Think of all the things you’ve accomplished and use that to add fuel to the fire to achieve your goals. Use past successes to give yourself the fuel to overcome pain and take control!

Find comfort in discomfort. Don’t let pain keep you down, get that shit out of your head and keep going. Visualize goals and achieving them. You have so many thought throughout the day, don’t use them on negative shit. Use them towards visualizing accomplishing big things.

Use your opponent’s energy to gain advantage. Learn to callous your mind to pain and fight through anything that will drag you down. If you leverage your calloused mind and push through pain it will help you push your limits
