Basically I need a severe status update on the circulation of workers, along with how neoliberal's outsourcing impacts this. (for example, they used 1800s Germany of emigration vs immigration)

The end of chapter 3 talks about the stock market, banks, credit, how all of these are involved with using capital that has a hard time getting valorized. I'm still looking up what valorized means, but it's like verfertung or something in German
So this was good at giving tips on what to look out for with booms & busts, along with saying what didn't work (such as wanting competitive banks)

Chapter 3 part 1 has some interesting points about chronic unemployment, over/underpopulation, how the locations of workers is a matter of fluctuation of power (like geographical accumulation of capital).
So this has interesting things for why full employment is not wanted, how colonialism is used to reduce the minimum wage (against workers of color, on the basis of sex & gender, and on the basis of disability),

Chapter 2 is Very dense.
So basically volume 1 of Marx's "Capital" was a best seller bc it relieved factory workers of alienation. So volume 2 & 3 didn't get read as much (partly due to lack of ability to relate) which led to a market for fraudulent teachers. Plus, the bourgeoisie wanted cover for their ass.
So that chapter mainly focused on Marx, Kautsky, Oppenheimer, Bauer, Luxemburg, Ricardo, Mills.

so based on this book, apparently there were errors being done in the discourse before this book (let alone a lack of intersectionality typical to the era, which this book IDK if it said, like i'm still trying to figure out the axes the author talked about so far)
also this book is good because it recognizes that we live on a finite planet.
