This book had me hooked in the first few sentences. I have been savoring it for the past few weeks. Patrick Rothfuss is proving to be one of the best writers I have encountered in quite a while. Anyone who can describe "silence in three parts" and make you feel like you are there, hearing -- no, experiencing -- the silence for yourself, is nothing short of amazing. I look forward to reading the entire trilogy.
