I became an aupair about 3 weeks ago and I got this book as gift in my welcome basket. It's full of great suggestions and tips&tricks on how to handle everything from the beginning. I like althought I wish I found this book before I became an aupair, it might have been more helpful then. Still gona read it all tho!
