Fun read! Ms. Patterson writes really good characters that come to life in her dialogue amongst the cast and the relationships between them. It made me want to keep reading more so I could learn what happens to them.

I was surprised by who turned out to be doing what in the story. And it's a good depiction of what life had been like in the Old West.
