The mention of colorism is realistic. Most of us affected by it realize it, dislike it, but it’s so common, we don’t spend too much time thinking about it in the everyday life. It just ‘is’ unfortunately. Joy speaks about how the a Royal is marrying a darker-skin man and how people aren’t keen on it but then moves on
